باستخدام تطبيق هات قو أو لوحة المتجر فأنت توافقين على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
هات قو يربط الزبائن بالمتاجر في السعودية. المتجر يجهّز الطلب ويوصّل بنفسه أو عبر مستر سول. لا أسطول توصيل لمنصة هات قو في هذه النسخة. لا دفع داخل التطبيق.
الاسم والجوال يظهران للمتجر عند الطلب. أنت مسؤولة عن صحة البيانات وعن المحتوى الذي تنشرينه (صور/فيديو/تعليق).
المتجر مسؤول عن دقة القائمة والأسعار والتوفر والترخيص النظامي للعمل. الاشتراك شهري ثابت بلا عمولة على الطعام. رفض الطلب يحتاج سبباً.
الصور والفيديو المرفوعة تبقى باسم صاحبها مع ترخيص لهات قو لعرضها داخل الخدمة. يحق لهات قو إزالة محتوى مخالف أو مسيء.
الطلب عقد بين الزبون والمتجر. هات قو وسيط تقني. الإلغاء التلقائي بعد 15 دقيقة بدون قبول.
الزبون يحذف حسابه من الإعدادات. المتجر يطلب الحذف عبر legal@hatgo.app.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. المحاكم المختصة في السعودية.
Using the HatGo app or store dashboard means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
HatGo connects customers with stores in Saudi Arabia. The store prepares the order and delivers itself or via Mrsool. HatGo has no platform delivery fleet in this version. No in-app payment.
Name and phone are shown to the store with the order. You are responsible for accurate details and for any photo, video, or comment you post.
The store is responsible for menu accuracy, prices, availability, and legal authorization to operate. Subscription is a flat monthly fee with 0% food commission. Rejecting an order requires a reason.
Uploaded photos and videos stay owned by the uploader, with a license for HatGo to display them in the service. HatGo may remove unlawful or abusive content.
The order is between the customer and the store. HatGo is a technical intermediary. Pending orders auto-cancel after 15 minutes without accept.
Customers delete their account from Settings. Stores request deletion at legal@hatgo.app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
